Students, did you know that the EU Library has a Culinary Arts Collection online? Simply login to the library, click on LIRN (Library Information Resources Network), and then select InfoTrac. You’ll see the Culinary Arts Collection listed as one of the available databases!
The Culinary Arts collection includes 250 of the major cooking and nutrition magazines. Coverage includes thousands of searchable recipes, restaurant reviews, and industry information. This month’s feature publication is Vegetarian Times. There’s also currently featured content on Wine Tasting.
